The 13th Annual State Aid Forum will provide a unique platform for private and public practitioners to discuss relevant measures adopted to address the financial and economic crisis, such as:

• the assessment of restructuring measures in the financial sector;
• the role of bank guarantees;
• the preconditions for access to the different national schemes for undertakings operating in the real economy.

Also on the agenda will be:

• the Icelandic financial crisis;
• the role of state aid in the transport infrastructure sector;
• the role of third parties in state aid cases;
• procedural issues related to the private enforcement of EC competition rules;
